ABOUT THE ONLINE CAMPS
The PIXAPOP Girls 2-Day Spring Camp is a free 2-day camp that aims to introduce girls ages 7-1o to the integration of technology, art, and music through a series of workshops, games, and creative activities.

ABOUT THE SUMMER CAMP
The PIXAPOP Girls Summer Camp is a free 5-day camp that aims to teach girls ages 9-12 how to integrate technology, art, and music through digital software. We offer creative projects to foster passion and interest in technological fields.

MUSIC+TECH
From Taylor Swift to the Beatles, Campers, who choose the MUSIC+TECH route will recreate their favorite pop song using computer software over the 5 days. Incorporating elements of Artificial Intelligence and traditional software, Campers will explore the blossoming future of music and technology.

ART+TECH
The ART+TECH route is a fast-paced, 5-day course that will teach students the basics of art software and design theory. The course will encourage students to combine curiosity and critical thinking to explore the functions of art software and utilize design as a tool for communication. After an introductory lesson on theory and art software, students will pursue independent projects which they will showcase at the end of the course.
EVEN IN THE 21st CENTURY, ABOUT 50% OF ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS THINK THAT BEING A GIRL IN A TECHNOLOGY RELATED FIELD IS ABNORMAL. IT’S TIME TO CLOSE THE GENDER GAP IN TECHNOLOGY BY CHANGING THIS MINDSET.
Due to Covid-19 reasons, we have started an online camp. This online camp is focused on developing strong leadership
and creative skills. From demos to mini vocal lessons, campers are divided into breakout rooms on Zoom to participate in music, art, technology activities.
